Understanding the costs for your mental health care is an important part of your journey to wellness.
Rates

We know that therapy is an investment, and we believe that alongside with your physical health, it is one of the most important investments. Please call our office today and we would be happy to answer any questions you may have about our current fees for teen, family, young adult, and working professional therapy services. We ensure that we can set up an initial appointment within a week of your first call or consultation.

Insurance
​
As a fee-for-service practice, we do not accept insurance. We are an “out of network” provider for many insurance companies. Foregoing insurance provides a more private, confidential, and flexible timeline to therapy.

If you are considering using insurance please contact your insurance provider. You will likely need information from our office including CPT codes and practice name and address which will be provided to you upon your request in the form of a “superbill.” All session fees are required to be paid up front, and we do not work directly with your insurance company. Any reimbursement that you request or receive is completely between you and your insurance provider.

While we highly encourage clients to take advantage of their health care benefits, please be aware of the following. Once your insurance provider is involved in reimbursing you for your care, confidential information including your diagnosis is required to be shared. You may also be limited by the amount of sessions that your insurance provider is willing to pay which may interfere with the progress you are making in therapy. These are points to keep in mind when making your decision.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. You are able to use our EHR system to change or cancel an appointment any time prior to the 48 hours cancelation window. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.

Payment
To make the payment process as seamless as possible, we offer flexible options for our clients. We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment via our EHR platform.
