Are you feeling stuck, disconnected, or weighed down by anxiety or depression? Maybe you’re struggling with self-doubt, stress, or navigating an overwhelming life transition. If you’re searching for a way to regain control and find clarity, I’m here to help you work through these challenges. My goal is to guide adolescents, young adults, and adults toward healing, growth, and personal empowerment.
My therapy journey began with my mental health struggles. In 2020, I faced my mental health struggles, feeling lost and isolated. Therapy helped me rebuild, understand my emotions, and regain purpose. That transformative experience showed me the incredible power of treatment and solidified my passion for assisting others to do the same. I became a therapist because I believe that everyone deserves to feel understood, supported, and equipped with the tools to navigate life’s challenges.
Having personally experienced the stigma and misunderstanding around mental health, I know how difficult it can be to take that first step toward seeking help. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and focused on creating a safe space where clients can untangle complex emotions and develop healthier coping strategies.
No matter how overwhelming life may feel, there is hope for change. Therapy offers a space to explore your thoughts, gain insight, and make meaningful shifts in your life. If you’re ready to take the first step toward healing and personal growth, I’m here to help. Together, we can work toward building a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic to who you are.
Reach out today to schedule your first session. I look forward to helping you reclaim your sense of purpose and well-being.
